Transformasi Belajar Guru Melalui Intervensi Lokakarya Terintegrasi Platform Belajar (Studi Multisitus di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam Kabupaten Pamekasan)

Abstract: Transforming teacher learning is a crucial aspect in improving the quality of education in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of an integrated learning platform workshop intervention in transforming teacher competencies in Islamic educational institutions in Pamekasan Regency. Using a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design, this study involved four principals and eight teachers from four selected Islamic educational institutions. Data collection was conducted through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions (FGDs). Data analysis, using NVivo 15 software, employed thematic analysis techniques with source and method triangulation. The results showed that the integrated learning platform workshop intervention was able to transform teacher competencies through four phases: deconstruction of traditional paradigms, reconstruction of pedagogical understanding, creative adaptation with Islamic values, and continuous consolidation. The transformation occurred from diverse initial conditions to extraordinary achievements such as district-level achievements and the establishment of reference schools. The research findings revealed that the combination of face-to-face and digital learning created an effective learning ecosystem with a harmonious integration of Islamic values. The developed continuous learning model was proven to create a solid and sustainable community of practice. The implications of the research contribute to the development of a technology-based teacher training model that can be adapted by other Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia by considering the uniqueness of the local context and spiritual values.
Abstrak: Transformasi pembelajaran guru merupakan aspek krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas intervensi lokakarya terintegrasi platform belajar dalam mentransformasi kompetensi guru di lembaga pendidikan Islam Kabupaten Pamekasan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi multisitus, penelitian ini melibatkan 4 kepala sekolah dan 8 guru dari empat lembaga pendidikan Islam terpilih. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan focus group discussion (FGD). Analisis data dengan bantuan Sofware NVivo 15 menggunakan teknik analisis tematik dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi lokakarya terintegrasi platform belajar mampu mentransformasi kompetensi guru melalui empat fase: dekonstruksi paradigma tradisional, rekonstruksi pemahaman pedagogik, adaptasi kreatif dengan nilai Islam, dan konsolidasi berkelanjutan. Transformasi terjadi dari kondisi awal yang beragam hingga pencapaian luar biasa seperti prestasi tingkat kabupaten dan terbentuknya sekolah rujukan. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kombinasi pembelajaran tatap muka dan digital menciptakan ekosistem belajar yang efektif dengan integrasi harmonis nilai-nilai Islam. Model pembelajaran berkelanjutan yang dikembangkan terbukti menciptakan komunitas praktik yang solid dan sustainable. Implikasi penelitian memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan model pelatihan guru berbasis teknologi yang dapat diadaptasi oleh institusi pendidikan Islam lainnya di Indonesia dengan mempertimbangkan keunikan konteks lokal dan nilai-nilai spiritual.
